I'm doing an Ecological Footprint. Ideas on Environmental issues for the items I'm including?

Well the amount of water you use personally can tie in to talking about dought and how much water on earth is actually available for human consumption. (about1% of all the water on the earth). You might talk about the process water has to go through at water treatment plants just to make it suitable for agriculture, etc. You can also discuss global warming as transportation in cars, planes, trains, etc. contribute to it. You can talk about how carpooling, walking, biking, or using public transportation can reduce effects of global warming.
