Good window display ideas?

So for my senior project I'm volunteering at a toy store and my mentor has asked me for window display ideas. I thought a holiday/Christmas theme would be cute and was wondering if anyone had any good ideas. So far I can only think of shiny ornaments and snowflakes...maybe fake snow if that's not too corny haha but I don't think she'll want too spend too much money so any DIY ideas or cheap ones would be greatly appreciated.
