Help I want advice! - Girls please.?

My period is really heavy it is my first blood period and it is sooooo heavy! I am having to change them ebery 1-2 hrs and when I went to school to dayi had to have 2 on top of eachother so it wouldn't leak through! I have been on for around 3-4 days and it is still really heavy:( What should I do I am kind of scared! Jess x :(
