Why does my hair turn wavy an hour later after I straightened it?

The curling could be from blow drying it. Let it naturally dry one day, then straighten it. I always had that problem. Also, if you live somewhere were it's humid. dosn't matter if you're inside or outside. the moisture will re-curl your hair.
