If the bride and groom don't have any preference, then just play what you know. The composers you listed are perfect for wedding prelude music. I hired 2 strings for my wedding and I'm pretty sure that's the kind of pieces they were playing before the ceremony- but I can't be sure because I was in hair and makeup for 2 hours!
