REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS POEM YSIS!! PLZ?

Look up "John Donne Wikipedia" ; he had an extremely interesting life. This poem, although typical of love poems at the time, doesn't inspire me, especially for 5-10 pages. He seems to be critical of love. He had lost four relatives by age 10 or 11. He uses words like "perfectest", "negatives" , "silly" as well as the title. He had twelve children, his wife died giving birth to a stillborn. Could not discover when this was written. Good luck.
