Please Adam D.--anyone I am looking for my son and precious Granddaughter?

First of all, I took care of my Granddaughter, Indiana, for two years. Her father, my son, Jeffrey Scott Smith, lived in Moreno Valley, California. He took custody of Indiana in November 2006. I have his social security number and E-Mail address only. They no longer reside in Moreno Valley. I tried to drop some gifts and the leasing office told me that they moved away. I believe he is living in Nuevo California. I just want to see my granddaughter. To make a long story short--I am broken hearted to say the least. Please someone help me--
