For a prefab house does it come with all theses things?

k so i have been looking up some pre fab homes, im interested in this one it showed me the sketch of were everything goes. ok but it says it has in island in the kitchen. does it come with it or no? or it says it has a master bath does it come with the master bath? and does it come with hardword or carpet floors? sorry im just getting new to all this prefab stuff.
