Can dogs blink their eyes?

i was talking to my sister and i dont remember how the subject was brought up but i said to her, "i bet if you had a staring contest with sadie (thats our dog) that she would win." so i stared at sadie for a little bit and im like... do dogs not blink... haha so i just didnt know.
